At Ueys, we realized long ago that chihuahuas can ALL be very friendly and love every stranger they meet if raised properly. We also aggressivly work on potty training. The breeder has to be dedicated and willing to stay home most of the time. Breeders that work 40 hours a week at an outside job and hang out at dog shows all weekend are not doing justice to their puppies at home or their adults that need CONSTANT attention. With almost 3.5 decades of meticulously breeding out unhealthy traits and consistenly upgrading standards, we do not need to spend all of our precious spare time attending dog shows to prove anything. When you visit here, you will meet VERY social puppies. We are proud of our breeding program; that we have been improving upon since 1992. I only want them to go to loving homes; that do not need the registration number to register with the AKC or even worse, with another registery; that only requires that number to register a puppy for breeding. I can show you that all my adults are AKC registered when you visit and ask to see any or all of my dog's records. I will not, however provide copies that breeders can use to register under a lower classed registery. Any breeder that provides registration numbers or limited AKC registration is ONLY protecting the AKC brand NOT the particular precious puppy from puppymillers.

The agreement is as follows: Uey's Chihuahuas will provide the same one year health guarantee and cover that guarantee (easy to do because she only has dogs that come from my healthiest lines; furthermore, my cousin can only have a few dogs and must use the same protocol I use to ensure the health and personalities of her puppies and adults. Since she only has a few dogs, has access to my advise at all times, and is home almost always, I am confident the objectives will be met. Customers will have 24 hour access to me for the life of the puppy. You will be purchasing the puppy through me, not my cousin. This test covers a common eye condition that causes blindness in chihuahuas as they get older. By testing my dogs, I know that I can 100% prevent passing this condition on to any of my puppies. I wish the test helped with a few conditions that it does not cover, but it is a the best tool for now, for breeders that breed responsibly. The testing also helps with determining genetic diversity. My adults are also insured with Fetch health insurance. These dogs get the best of everything. They are all treated with dignity, love and respect. All of my dogs are AKC registered, but I do not give AKC papers for my puppies for their protection. I do not want them going to breeders and not having papers makes them less desirable for breeders that could potentially abuse them. Call me to ask about transport options.
